Community resources and abed community have become a common source of inspiration for people who are struggling with their autism spectrum disorder.
Fox Sports asked a community resource and community acupuncture expert, Abed Farah, to explain what community acupuncture and abes are, what it means for people with disabilities and how they can help.
“There are some really important things that you can do for people on the autism spectrum, so I want to share with you a few things you can help people do to live their life on their terms,” Farah said.
“I would say one of the things that can be very helpful for people is to take care of yourself in the first place.
If you feel like you need help or you need to be around someone who is in the same situation, then maybe take care and be aware of what’s going on.
I know that sometimes people don’t have a sense of what the word means, but I think that when you start taking care of your own life and yourself, that you will find that it will really make a difference in your life.”
Farah is an abed specialist and an expert in community acupuncture.
She has been helping people with their health and wellbeing for over 10 years.
“It’s very important for me to say that I’m a community and a community acupuncture specialist.
There are people who need a lot of community help in their life, and I’m one of those people.
It’s not only for me, it’s for everybody,” Farrah said.
